PeopleTec is currently seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to support our Ogden, UT location.   PeopleTec is seeking motivated individuals who are interested in joining an award-winning company and working with cutting edge technologies to include hypersonics, directed energy, missile defense, and space systems.  The selected candidate will be a member of our dynamic Hill Air Force Base team in Ogden, Utah and a classified Government contract on Hill Air Force Base addressing cyber security requirements and services and will assist with the development and implementation of information assurance (IA), and security standards and procedures.   Our team supports state-of-the-art projects, by providing knowledge, experience, and resources across a broad range of diverse professional disciplines and functional capabilities. These disciplines and capabilities include areas such as acquisition, administration, business analysis, cybersecurity, engineering, Digital Engineering, finance, integration, mission effectiveness, Nuclear Surety, Program Management, research, risk management, science, strategy development, sustaining engineering, systems engineering, system safety and security, and technical assessment. Our employee owners support our customers by: - Understanding and developing solutions to support emerging needs in a dynamic environment - Planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of products - Providing solutions that directly support the Government’s mission in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk - Supporting effective and responsive Systems Engineering and Integration throughout the life cycle of the contract by providing knowledge, experience, and resources The successful candidate is a recent college graduate with a solid educational background in systems engineering and familiarity with requirements analysis and functional allocation. Familiarity with the concept of system architectures and hardware and software technologies is ideal. Effective communication skills, both technical and non-technical, are important in this position along with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.   Duties Include: - Assisting in conducting system requirements reviews - Supporting senior systems engineers in the development of concepts of operation and interface standards - Assisting in the development of system architectures - Performing technical and nontechnical assessment - Performing end-to-end flow analysis - Generating and submitting designs for review
